Thanks to the governance entrusted directly to the Producers, Erion WEEE ensures and supports – in the interest and on behalf of its Members – the implementation of all the legal requirements for the proper management of WEEE in compliance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 49/2014.
The main deliberative body of the Producer Responsibility Organization is represented by the Members’ Assembly, which supervises the proper functioning of the organizational, administrative and operational structure.
Erion WEEE is governed by a Board of Directors consisting of 1 President, 2 Vice Presidents and 16 directors, representatives of the associated companies and expressing the wishes of all Producers.
